University of Georgia graduate and RoHo Bakery founder, Ronald Hollis, Jr., has always been a passionate baker. It all started when Ronald’s grandmother gave him a ball of cookie dough as she made her household favorite, homemade cookies.
Ronald “Chef Ro” also attended Le Cordon Bleu where he was able to dive deeper into his passion for food. It was the desire to share that passion with as many people as possible, one bite at a time, that lead him to founding RoHo Bakery in 2020.
Since it’s founding, RoHo Bakery’s Georgia's Best Damn Carrot Cake, Georgia’s Best Damn Red Velvet Cake, and other confectionary delights, have received awards and recognition in various competitions:
